How did the company begin?

We are a second-generation company, established in 1983.
Our roots are in recognition. Established in 1983, the then “Great Lakes Specialties” focus was symbolic corporate recognition and incentive programs. As times’ trends, interests and workforce evolved so did GLS services; however, the formula for success has remained the same for almost four decades.  

GLS Group Inc is a Certified Woman Owned-Business.

The team members at GLS are relationship specialists.  We work as an extension of our clients’ marketing teams to help them solidify current relations as well as to earn the business of their prospects. GLS works as an extension of our clients’ human resource teams to increase employee engagement.  Our clients are long term partners in business.

 Tom Inch - Vice President at GLS Group

Tom is a graduate of Kent State University and is the lead strategist for new projects and programs. Tom has been with GLS since 2003.

 

 Amy Inch - President of GLS Group

Amy is a graduate of Northwood University and is serves as creative director at GLS. She has been with GLS since 1996.
